Hello! I’m Holley, a proud Registered Dental Hygienist of 21 years with a passion for gingival (gum) health.
I attained a Bachelor of Science Degree from the UofA (Psychology) in 2001 and immediately continued onto the Dental Hygiene program graduating in 2004.
I find scaling teeth /teeth cleaning extremely satisfying and take immense pride in a job thoroughly done. To date I have scaled over 34,000 mouths!
I am keen on education and that includes making sure my clients are well informed not only about their oral health status but, the processes needed to achieve their desired level of oral health.
During my 21 years as an RDH, I have spent half of that time as an independent contractor working with many Dental clinics throughout the city of Edmonton, rural AB, as well as the Okanagan Valley of B.C.
Working in so many different environments and with a vast array of equipment and client needs has definitely contributed to my practice and education. Hygienists are always learning!
In addition to the above, I carry the restricted licenses to administer local anesthetic (freezing), and prescribe schedule 1 drugs used in Dental Hygiene care.
I have been married to my supportive and far too patient Husband, Kelly for 29 years. We have two spoiled orange kitties named Camilo and Pekoe.
My interests include golf, reading, meeting new people and travel. Even better when all four are combined!

The Space
We are so excited to be bringing direct access to Dental Hygiene Care to West Central Edmonton. When this little pre-war bungalow turned commercial space came available for lease we knew it was time to take the leap! At Grin Dental Hygiene Centre, we believe that dental care should be comfortable, convenient, and affordable. We strive to provide our patients with a stress-free experience from start to finish, and we work hard to keep our prices competitive without sacrificing quality. Often, you are the only patient in the clinic so, there aren't other people milling about, no drilling sounds nor smells often associated with traditional Dental clinics. It's a pretty zen-like place. We encourage you to come see for yourself!
